Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24 hours after confirmation.

Orders placed before 11:00 PM are prepared for dispatch the next day.

During peak seasons such as Eid or special campaign launches, processing may take up to 48 hours.

Delivery Time

Inside Dhaka

• Delivery time: 1–2 business days

Outside Dhaka

• Delivery time: 2–4 business days

Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on courier operations and regional conditions.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on location:

• Inside Dhaka: 80 BDT

• Outside Dhaka: 120 BDT

The final shipping fee will be confirmed before order dispatch.

Cash on Delivery

We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Bangladesh for customer convenience.

Please ensure availability to receive the order when the courier arrives.
