Exchange or Refund Eligibility

We offer easy exchange or refund within 48 hours of receiving the product if:

  • The size does not fit

  • The product has a manufacturing defect

  • The wrong item was delivered

To request an exchange or refund, please contact us with:

  • Your order details

  • Photos of the product

Our support team will guide you through the process.

Product Condition

To be eligible for exchange:

  • The product must be unused

  • The product must be unwashed

  • The original tags and packaging must remain intact

Items showing signs of wear or washing may not qualify for exchange.

Exchange or Refund Process

Once approved:

  1. The courier will collect the item from you

  2. The replacement product will be dispatched after inspection or we will refund to you if product is not available

  3. Exchange delivery time usually takes 3–5 business days.
